The goals of therapy are to help each individual change their life to feel
happier, clearer, calmer, more focused, and more effective in their personal and
their social lives. In therapy you will learn to identify the patterns of your
behavior and understand your emotions. You will need to become aware of aspects
of your history so that you can change your life in the Present. All that
matters, ultimately, is how you feel and how you relate to yourself, to your
family, to your partners, to your lover, in the present. You will learn to
identify the themes and the patterns from your current history as well as your
past lives.
A holistic, spiritual approach underlies all the therapy you will receive. You
will get very specific tools, techniques, and direction in how to go about
understanding your conscious and unconscious. You will learn how to record,
understand, and grow from the richness of your night- and day dreams! You will
learn stress management and imagery approaches that will make your changing and
transformation much swifter. Accessing past lives and accessing your
spirituality expands your horizons and your understanding of your relationships
and your life in a surprisingly deep and enriched fashion.
Therapy is a journey of the person and the soul that you can embark on to heal
to change, to grow, to transform, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
With over 30 years of experience, I have developed a multi-dimensional approach
that is uniquely adapted to each individual. The therapeutic work that I do has
the foundation of behavioral, cognitive, dynamic and broad psychological basis.
Embracing a holistic approach allows work that involves a creative expression
and transformation through the tapestry and uniqueness of the soul that is you.
The length of therapy varies greatly. A short intense course of sessions can
successfully bring you to another level of change and growth.
